The NAEA Student Chapter Mission Statement

The National Art Education Association (NAEA) Student Chapter promotes arts advocacy, professional development and leadership opportunities in visual arts education for the benefit of emerging educators in diverse communities.

How to Register your Student Chapter

Register Your Student Chapter Annually

It is important to register annually so that the Student Chapter Presidential Team has an ongoing record of registered chapters.

Please be sure to have your Chapter Advisor register your Student Chapter
in the fall by October 1st OR spring by February 15th, once per year.

To register, the Chapter Advisor must complete the Official NAEA Student Chapter Registration Form and Official NAEA Student Chapter Roster and return it electronically to students@arteducators.org or via fax to 703-860-2960.

**Please note: Being a member of an NAEA Student Chapter does not automatically make you a member of NAEA. You must fill out an application form or apply online and pay membership dues to NAEA before becoming a member of a Student Chapter. Click here to find out the ways that NAEA membership can take your career--and your mind--to new heights!
